Blankets, sheets and towels given are ok and clean. Housekeeping is good - less cockroaches.More importantly, the journey is only 17 hours or so, so you really do not have time to notice various problems. The Delhi Bangalore Rajdhani runs with old, badly manitained coaches. Everything here is a complete let down. I am a frequent traveler to Delhi and I have traveled thrice in last one month. Leaving one occasion where I travelled by air, I had to experience all trains though I prefer Rajdhani. Paschim Express, August Kranti and Rajdhani. I can always vouch for Rajdhani and none of the things you have mentioned happened or happens in that train. The songs are old but inspiring, music is soothing and all the controls are with the coach attendant and not anywhere else. and for your kind info, this time they even gave a customer satisfaction form to fill up ! Perhaps your Rajdhani is different from mine. I do not agree with you at all.
