Nice Interview! Have heard a lot of about Mr Ramesh Ramanathan from my mother when she was working with Club Mahindra. First time seeing him. Good interview, It was great to know about the way it started… especially the way the Mahindra’s say that Holidaying business should add and not subtract Brand Value

I had worked with Club Mahindra,Munnar,the tenure was really small just 4 months.
I really dont have regreat leaving the property, but yes I have a regreat leaving the wonderful well planned management.

THIS WILL BE VERY MUCH SOLD PARTICULARLY IN BLUE SEASON WHICH WILL BE CHEAPER EVEN TO SMALLER CUSTOMERS TOO. THE CLM WILL BE ABLE TO ATTRACT THE NEW CLASS OF TRAVELLERS. ONE CAN BE ALLOWED TO CLUB 2 SMALL VACATIONS AT A STRECH WITH MINIMUM 2 RESORT VISITS, FOR EXAMPLE 3 NIGHTS VISIT AT ASHTAMADHI AND 3 NIGHTS VISIT TO EITHER MOONER, POOVAR OR KODAI KANAL. THINK OF FORMULATING NEW VACATION PRODUCTS FOR SMALLER CUSTOMERS.
